The National Association of REALTORS® recently analyzed a number of data points to find out which housing markets are most likely to get a bump from the boomer generation, and their research pinpointed 10 cities ready to benefit from an influx of boomers.

“These metro areas are attractive to baby boomers because of their housing affordability, lower tax rates and welcoming business environment,” NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun said.
